Dan grew up in the outskirts of Seattle Washington. After completing school in the Pacific Northwest, Dan spent seven successful years as Operations Manager for Dimension Cable in Phoenix AZ. Searching for a good place to raise his young children Dan left Arizona for Boise, ID in the late ‘90s. Dan spent three years honing his management and design skills as VP of Tempco Contracting and Supply, a respected insulation company in Boise’s Treasure Valley. In 2001 Dan stepped out on his own to start Industrial Insulation Systems (IIS). IIS’s rigorous attention to deadline and detail quickly established it as the premier company of its kind in the region. Dan’s hands-on leadership and innovative problem-solving has fostered a zealous loyalty with clients and employees alike. In the seven years since IIS’s inception, Dan has consistently created pioneering solutions with patented systems and many patent-pending concepts that continue to drive advancement for IIS’s diverse family of cold-chain products.
